John G Bergdoll has been in practice for 47 years as an attorney practicing both civil and criminal law. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with an AB in economics and has a Juris Doctorate degree from Duquesne University, awarded in 1969.
His experience is in a broad range of practice areas and types of cases. He is known statewide for litigation in protection of constitutional rights and including challenges to proposed constitutional amendments to the Declaration of Rights of the Commonwealth that attempt to lessen those rights.
